  • Our Role: Subcontractor in charge of cladding and interior finishing.

Al Reem Island Residential Complex - Abu Dhabi

  • Scope of Work: Installation of smart glass doors from Hotron, ensuring seamless access and superior security, with the installation of modern Italian wooden doors with unique designs.
  • Project Value: AED 3.8 million
  • Our Role: Subcontractor responsible for the installation and commissioning of smart door systems.

The H Hotel - Dubai

  • Scope of Work: Maintenance of entrance glass doors utilizing cutting-edge solutions from Hotron of Japan.
  • Project Value: AED 2.3 million
  • Our Role: Specialized subcontractor for maintenance and upgrades.

Al Wadi Residential Complex and Various Villas & The British School in Nad Al Sheba (Dubai - Sharjah)

  • Scope of Work: Installation of smart kitchens with innovative designs tailored to modern living needs in villas and apartments, with flooring and facade cladding using Italian porcelain and book-matched designs.
  • Project Value: AED 3.5 million
  • Our Role: Subcontractor responsible for the installation and activation of smart kitchens.

Al Zahoor Residential Complex - Jeddah

  • Scope of Work: Installation of smart glass doors from Hotron ensuring safety and ease of use.

Saudi Arabia

King Khalid International Airport - Riyadh

  • Scope of Work: Implementation of a maintenance and installation contract for smart gates using radar and infrared technologies to ensure secure and smooth operations.
  • Project Value: AED 5.2 million
  • Our Role: Subcontractor managing the maintenance and installation activities.

Baghdad Gate Residential Complex - Baghdad

  • Scope of Work: Final finishing works including interior and exterior cladding, flooring, and integration of smart systems in the Baghdad Gate Residential Complex in the Al-Harithiya area.
  • Project Value: USD 8 million
  • Our Role: Subcontractor responsible for final finishing and smart systems integration.

Baghdad Star Residential Complex - Baghdad

  • Scope of Work: Supply of WPC doors, Wood P.C doors, Frameless doors, and provision of various flooring materials including Italian and Spanish marble and porcelain for the complex.
